POSITION DETAILS

- Launch and manage large-scale media buying campaigns

REQUIRED SKILLS

POSITION DETAILS

Launch & manage paid search campaigns across multiple engines and ensure project specific ROI goals are being met, including customer acquisition and retention
Analyze and monitor campaign performance and create reports for management
Accountable for all facets of hands-on, day-to-day management including search query research/sculpting, ad copy writing and testing, bid and custom labels management, campaign/ad group structuring and optimization, segmentation, etc.
Ongoing, real-time optimization of live media
Work closely with senior media buyers and other departments that are already managing multi-million dollar advertising budgets
Create budget plans and projections
Maintain and optimize alongside a blueprint of SEM best practices
Ability to gather insight from data and identify/execute next steps accordingly


REQUIRED SKILLS

- 2+ years paid search marketing experience
- Background at a (search) agency or an e-commerce brand will be strongly considered (the candidate may have previously held roles such as a campaign manager, strategist, planner, coordinator, analyst, associate, etc.)

Position Details

We are looking to extend our small core team with a savvy full-time Web Developer to be remotely located while working with our IT department. The Web Developer will assist in the build-out and support of our internal and external facing web applications from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate is someone with the ability to facilitate and manage in a highly creative environment and can handle multiple priorities and projects at any given time with a high degree of proficiency and accuracy. The candidate should be highly skilled in the development process using HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP and have proven experience dealing with constantly evolving deadlines in an ever-changing project landscape with the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities of this position may include the following:

  • Create site layouts, user interfaces and product lines using common Frameworks (like Bootstrap, jQuery, Codeigniter, Laravel, …) and CMS(e.g. WordPress) standards.
  • Work largely with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP to develop new features and interfaces while utilizing best practices.
  • Integration of data from various backend APIs and databases.
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
  • Management of hosting and server related tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • A minimum of four years’ work experience in web programming (HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP)
  • Ability to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
  • Knowledge of web technologies and techniques.
  • Intuitive UI/UX Design experience.
  • Experience maintaining, expanding, and scaling digital platforms.
  • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, security and web application development.
